How to check the status of your Austin Energy rebate?

In this article, we will guide you through how to check the status of your Austin Energy application. If you have not yet submitted your application, first check out this article on how to submit your application.

Before You Start

Ensure you have followed all of the steps in this article to submit your application.

Steps

Step 1: Goto the Austin Energy Website.

• Click on the "How To Apply" Tab

• Click on the "Check Status" button on the right.

Step 2: Lookup your application.

• Enter to Confirmation / Enrollment Number that you received when you successfully submitted your application.

• Hit "Search" to bring up your application status.

Notes.

• It may take 6-8 weeks to receive your rebate check, so we recommend that you wait until after that timeframe to reach out regarding its status.
