MOD Snap-On Trunk Bag | User Guide
In this article: You’ll learn how to install the MOD Snap-On Trunk Bag on your MOD BIKE. The MOD Snap-On Trunk Bag mounts directly to any MOD BIKES Rear Rack.

Before You Start
Preparation
- Ensure your bike is fully assembled and standing securely on its kickstand.
Steps to Attach Trunk Bag onto the Rear Rack
Step 1: Identify the Front of the Trunk Bag
Look at the overall shape of the bag.
The front of the bag is the narrower, tapered end.
The back of the bag is wider and more squared-off.

Step 2: Align the Trunk Bag with the Rear Rack
Hold the trunk bag base above the rear rack.
Line up the front and rear pins with the slots on the rack’s top plate.
Make sure the front of the trunk bag is facing the seat.

Step 3: Snap the Trunk Bag into Place
Push the trunk bag straight down and back until you hear a “click.”
This sound confirms the trunk bag is securely locked onto the rack.

Step 4: Check Trunk Bag is Secured
You shouldn’t see any gap between the trunk bag and the rack.

Step 5: To Remove the Trunk Bag
To remove the trunk bag, pull the locking pin downward to release.
Then push the trunk bag forward toward the seat to disengage it from the rack.

Troubleshooting
- Trunk bag won’t click into place → Make sure the trunk bag is oriented correctly with the narrow, tapered end facing forward. Re-align the mounting pins with the rack slots, then push the trunk bag down and back until you hear a click.
- Trunk bag feels loose after installation → Remove the trunk bag and reinstall it, ensuring you push firmly until the locking mechanism fully engages. There should be no visible gap between the trunk bag and the rack.
- Unable to remove the trunk bag → Pull the locking pin fully downward before pushing the trunk bag forward toward the seat to disengage it from the rack.
⚠️ Note: Do not ride if the trunk bag is loose. Re-secure before use.
