Assemble the top rectangle using 2 long tubes, 2 short tubes, and 4 corner connectors. Lower the top frame onto the vertical posts and press down until fully seated.
Locate the metal hanging hooks included in the kit. Insert the hooks on the top tubes. These hooks are used to hang bags, drinks, or other items inside the delivery bag.

Step 2: Assemble the Insulated Bag
Fully unfold the insulated delivery bag and open it wide. Make sure all sides and corners are fully expanded.
Take the rigid floor panel and insert it inside the bag. Press it all the way down until it sits flat at the bottom.
Insert the assembled frame into the bag. Press down firmly on all four corners, one at a time, until the frame slides completely into place. The frame should be fully encased inside the bag with no corners sticking up.
Insert the divider inside the bag (optional). Use the Velcro strips to position it in the center or move it side-to-side. You can adjust the divider layout based on what you’re carrying.

Step 3: Attach the Bag to the Base
Place the assembled insulated bag onto the metal base. The front of the base is the side with the plastic snap slider protruding forward.
Orient the bag so that the bag opening faces the rear of the bike when mounted.
Pull the strap at each corner of the bag around the metal frame.
Feed each strap through its buckle and snap it securely into place.
Repeat for all four straps, making sure the bag is snug and evenly secured to the base.

Step 4: Snap the Delivery Bag into Place
Push the delivery bag straight down and back until you hear a “click.”
This sound confirms the bag is securely locked onto the rack.
